Bio:
Teaganne lived in Washington, D.C. for five years before moving to New York to pursue freelance writing and coaching. Teaganne was a journalist focused on breaking news and politics until she recognized her passion for being a coach and writing about topics outside of Washington's political bubble.

Teaganne grew up playing lacrosse, swimming, and tennis. In college she was a walk-on for the rowing team and soon found out that it wasn't for her, though it helped her find a passion for triathlons and CrossFit. She completed several sprint triathlons and one half-Ironman. After almost seven years of being in the sport of CrossFit, Teaganne got her L-1 certification and began coaching in Washington, D.C. Teaganne joined CFUS soon after moving to New York City and knew she wanted to continue coaching - especially at CFUS.

Teaganne is a big believer in the CrossFit class dynamic and having a community in a CrossFit gym. She stands behind the phrase 'treat others the way you want to be treated' and exemplifies that in her coaching methods. Teaganne is an advocate for all athletes and is always working on ways to be the best coach possible for the athletes at CFUS. She holds herself to the very high standard created and maintained by all CFUS staff and members.
