On-Ramp Program
Carefully designed to create confidence in our newer athletes as they grow and learn.
CFUS offers a comprehensive one-on-one on-ramp session to get you fully prepared to take class with us!
*This session is required if you have no previous CrossFit experience*
- Please contact us here to schedule your session 
- Scheduling is based on coach availability, so please also include your preferred times when reaching out 
- The session is approximately 1 hour in length 
- Please plan to arrive 15min prior to your scheduled time to fill out waivers and other information
