Bio:
Brooke was a competitive gymnast for ten years before transitioning to Acrobatics and Tumbling at the collegiate level in Gaffney, SC. She found CrossFit through a previous coach and discovered that not only did it enhance her athletic career but also provided a new athletic avenue post graduation. Following the completion of her undergraduate education, she trained and competed in the Granite Games community division before relocating to NYC this August.

Currently, Brooke assists young gymnasts in personal growth and the development of their gymnastics skills at 92NY. She lives an active lifestyle and enjoys every aspect of cross training. Other interests include reading and writing poetry, listening to all genres of music and is a die hard fan of bagels, espresso and sour beers.
