True to CrossFit methodology, our CrossFit classes are constantly varied, but they do follow our in-house programming by Head Coach, Jay Adams, a multiple Regional Games athlete. A typical class is 60 minutes and will offer a dynamic warm-up and cool down, strength piece, and a high-intensity Workout of the Day.
We offer a dedicated olympic weightlifting, program and taught by two USAW2 coaches. Each 60 minute class will be spent focusing on key lifts such as Snatch, and Clean & Jerk.
If you are working towards a specific fitness goal, need guidance on a perfecting a move, or just want to spend some 1-on-1 training time, our Coaches are able to work with you around your schedule. No Membership required.
Yoga is the perfect compliment to any fitness regiment. Every Sunday, our certified Yoga Instructor will guide you through an hour long session designed to stretch, improve mobility, and lengthen.
