Welcome to CrossFit Union Square! We have multiple packages to fit all types of lifestyles and goals. Our vision is to take you from where you are today and guide you into becoming the fittest and healthiest you will ever be. CrossFitUnion Square goes above and beyond. We offer a variety of membership options to fit your needs. Register now and see which plan works best for you!

Note: Daily drop-in fees (see “Other Membership Plans” below) are $35 for members of another CrossFit affiliate and $40 for non-affiliated CrossFitters.

To attend class as a drop-in, you must have prior CrossFit experience (the equivalent of Fundamentals or Elements at another CrossFit affiliate). There is no need to contact us before a drop-in, just show up 15 minutes before class and sign in at the front desk. Please check the schedule on our site to see when we hold class (all sessions accept drop-ins!). 

Steps to becoming a Member:

1. Take a look at our “Services and Prices” below and select a plan that best fits your lifestyle and goals.

2. Fill out the Registration form below to secure your spot.

3. 1st Free Session – Show up to any regularly scheduled CrossFit class for a free trial. Please show up 10 minutes before class to get your liability waiver signed.

Our team is composed of the highest-level coaches and athletes around, our programming and training is geared to help you succeed in every aspect of fitness. Although training in a group setting will yield amazing results, great atmosphere, and much more, sometimes there are those that like the 1-on-1 or personalized training sessions. As well as persons who need specific coaching on movements and techniques, and that’s where private training comes in. Private training can be set up for:

  • Fundamentals (CrossFit Intros)
  • CrossFit WODs
  • Weightlifting or Olympic Lifting
  • Kettle Bell, Endurance, Mobility, and much more!

Sessions packages are for those who want to have the freedom of dropping in from time to time and save money.
