We offer a FREE trial class to everyone who is interested in joining our family here at CrossFit Union Square! If you have CrossFit experience, you can just show up to one of our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes. We will take you through a workout capable of leaving even veteran exercisers on the ground making sweat angels. It’s no risk, no obligation — nothing’s stopping you from taking the first step toward fitness!
If you have no experience you would have to come to our Monday 101 Fundamental Class at 8PM. The Fundamentals will continue to Wednesday and Thursday night at 8PM, those 2 remaining intro classes come with a membership. All three fundamental classes are required if you want to participate in CrossFit. If those times don’t work for you, we offer the fundamentals in a private session, just you and a coach. Here you get all three Fundamentals done in one hour, for $150. If a private session is the path you want to take, let us know below in your comments!
